Keeping Parents Involved in the Program for Restoration for the Entire Family
Parent involvement is crucial to the effectiveness of our therapeutic boarding school program. Parents stay up to date with weekly verbal and email reports and play a role in the progress of their son or daughter.
For the teen, each morning starts off with small group counseling sessions regarding anger management, respect for authority, and a lot of other topics relevant to teens. Weekly individual sessions help residents make progress toward their therapeutic goals. In addition, we have a substance abuse program to handle issues related to drug and alcohol use or other addictive behaviors for example eating disorders or cutting.
Accredited School Lets Students Succeed at Their Own Pace
Under our fully accredited Christian curriculum, students can complete missing credits in their education and work successfully at their own pace. Teachers and assistants monitor progress through the material and help students who require extra assistance with their work. Credits transfer easily to other schools, and those who complete the curriculum earn a high school diploma. Our new skills development center instructs students in a skilled trade along with vital skills for the manufacturing environment including welding skills, shop safety, work ethic for new employees, and other disciplines.
