Helping Teens Reach their Full Potential
Wolf Creek Academy serves teenage boys and girls on different parts of its campus who have a history of behavior difficulties, broken family relationships, or other emotional problems. We are a faith-based program emphasizing integrity, character, and personal responsibility. All of the teens who attend our program can be productive members of society when given guidance and a chance to reach their potential.
Wolf Creek Academy gives a loving home environment for teen boys and girls who have lost their way. Residents live in a comfortable home with a husband and wife team of houseparents and assistants. In our family model, boys and girls are responsible for daily chores common to home life and learn to respect authority and relate well with their peers.

For the teen, each day starts off with small group counseling sessions about anger management, respect for authority, and many other topics relevant to teens. Weekly individual sessions help residents make progress toward their therapeutic goals. In addition, we have a special therapy program to manage issues related to drug and alcohol use or other addictive behaviors such as eating disorders or cutting.
The Wolf Creek Academy Accredited School Lets Students Succeed at Their Own Pace
With our fully accredited Christian curriculum, students can complete missing credits in their education and work successfully at their unique speed. Teachers and assistants monitor progress through the courses and help students who need extra input for their work. Credits transfer easily to public and private schools, and those who complete the curriculum earn a high school diploma. Our new skills development center teaches a skilled trade along with vital skills for any manufacturing environment, including welding skills, shop safety, work ethic for brand new employees, and also other disciplines.
To help keep teens physically active we conduct daily PE classes including a variety of sports and seasonal outdoor adventure activities, including hiking (the Appalachian Trail is nearby) and sledding. Weekly social activities also vary and include bowling, movies, church, visiting museums plus much more.
